Do we have warehouse stock of air purifiers and dehumidifiers?
Yes!  We have a 1000 square foot facility in Independence Ohio and numerous warehouse partners in New York, Texas, California where we ship stock from. 
 
I am NOT in love with my order, can it be returned?
If the product is defective or damaged, we offer a 100% money back guarantee. Any returns based on 2nd thoughts, buyers remorse or any reason unrelated to defective or damaged units must be returned within 30 - Days at your own expense, and upon receipt of the product, we will refund 100% of original purchase.  Remember you received FREE shipping, so you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

 

If return is related to a defective or damaged unit, we will provide RGA (return goods authority) Include all names and order numbers in the returned package.
Please note: If your package is on its way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before you can receive refund.

How to Cancel Order?

  • You can cancel the order! You must cancel the order before shipping. If the item has been shipped, you will need to pay shipping. So wait for it to arrive and send an email to contactus@airpurifiersystems.com to request cancellation and explain why.


If I entered the wrong address, what should I do now?

  • If you misspelled or automatically entered the wrong address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you check the address provided for errors, please notify us by email contactus@airpurifiersystems.com. If the address provided is wrong, we can change the address to the correct address within 24 hours. No refund will be given 24 hours after incorrect submission.
