I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
If the product is defective or damaged, we offer a 100% money back guarantee. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must return it at your own expense, and upon receipt of the product, we will refund the original purchase in full. Include all names and order numbers in the returned package.
Please note: If your package is on its way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before you can receive a refund.
Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel the order without penalty! You must cancel the order before shipping. If the item has been shipped, wait for it to arrive and send an email to contactus@airpurifiersystems.com to request cancellation and explain why.
If you cancel and receive free shipping, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
I entered the wrong address, what should I do now?
If you misspelled or automatically entered the wrong address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you check the address provided for errors, please notify us by email contactus@airpurifiersystems.com. If the address provided is wrong, we can change the address to the correct address within 24 hours. No refund will be given 24 hours after incorrect submission.
